Your personal data is processed by NeuroSmell as the data controller for the purposes stated below.

Identity information (name, surname), contact details (email, phone), appointment information (date, time, type, notes), biometric data (EEG measurement results), technical data (IP address, device information, cookie data).

Collected data may be transferred to authorized public institutions when legally required, and to overseas service providers (Resend, Twilio, Vercel, Google Analytics, Supabase) used in service delivery.
5. Data Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through the appointment form, website cookies, and EEG session channels. Processing is based on legal grounds specified in KVKK Article 5.
6. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, you may exercise the following rights:
